Have you purchased something through the webshop that you want to return or exchange? You can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt, with the exception of personalized goods. You pay the costs of the return shipment yourself.
 
As an asset, we have a fast and user-friendly return system for all shipments sent with Bpost, both nationally and internationally.
Right of return: return / exchange 
As a private consumer you have a period of 14 days within which you can cancel your purchase and exchange your purchase.
 
If the purchased item does not meet your wishes, you must notify us as soon as possible.
The return costs are for your account unless otherwise determined by us (price on request, from € 25 depending on destination and article).
 
After our written approval and acknowledgment of receipt of your request, you can return the item to us provided that the packaging has remained intact and if it is not a product that was specially ordered for you. You understand that an opened package will no longer allow you to cancel the purchase.
This 14-day right of return does not apply to business customers, neither to items that have been put into use, nor to personalized items to order, nor specially ordered for you and / or with delivery time.
 
Easy return procedure for small packages: A return label is delivered to you print-ready via e-mail download, after which you bring the package to the post office or postal point in your area. You can easily follow the package via  track & trace.
For large packages or outside dimensions: mail us for your quotation request.
 
This way you get the solution that best suits you in terms of convenience and low cost.
 
The following applies to professional customers: After receipt and verification of your return shipment, you will receive a voucher: this is the purchase amount - the initial shipping costs - 2% administration costs. Your credit is valid for 1 year.
 
However, the LIVING shop team is convinced that the items we offer have an excellent price / quality ratio and that they are even more beautiful in reality than in our photos. That only makes you happy as a customer!
