Paola Navone werd geboren in Turijn, Italië. Ze groeide op in Turijn en ging studeren aan de Polytechnische school in de stad en studeerde af in 1973. Ze studeerde daar architectuur en verhuisde daarna naar Milaan om haar leven als ontwerper te beginnen.
